10 Questions about Me
What is a real fear you have? I am afraid of the dark. I still sleep with a light on in the kitchen to illuminate the house. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I want to be able to make out all the furniture in the room and see my hand in front of my face. When I go on vacation, I drive my family crazy by putting on the bathroom light in hotel rooms.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?As a kid, I wanted to be a nun, a racecar driver, and a rock-star. Catholic School probably fueled my desire to be a nun, and then as church was replaced by the drag races on Sundays, I decided I wanted to be a racecar driver like my father. Finally, I wanted to be a famous singer in a Rock and Roll band.
What are some of your hobbies? My hobbies include reading, writing, blogging, Improv, singing, gardening, woodworking, crafting, DIY projects, cooking, and anything that catches my interest.
What hobby would you like to start? I am currently interested in bee-keeping and home canning. I am reading up on both of these hobbies currently.
If you could tell people anything, what would be the most important thing to say? You can do anything you put your mind to do. Only YOU limit YOU!
Name one item from your “bucket list”?I would like to go to the Caribbean and enjoy white sandy beaches.
What’s the best prank you’ve pulled off?I once created a treasure hunt for a friend on her birthday. I left her instructions in her mailbox that took her to 7-eleven to pick a map (it was fun to get the clerk go along with this), the map lead her eventually to a hotel room. When she opened the door of the room, all of her friends yelled surprise. It was a great party!
