What good is living life if you don't share all the experiences, mistakes, and knowledge you have gained? I am a grandmother, a wife, a mother of two grown children, a Jr. High Teacher for almost two decades, an elementary principal and I want to share my experiences.
The Daisy is my favorite flower. It seems so simple with its white petals and golden center, but it has many hidden complexities underneath the surface. While vacationing in Northern Wisconsin with my family in July, I spotted wild daisies growing on the side of the road and fell in love. My husband has surprised me several times with a handful he has picked after a morning of fishing. It is those simple things that make me adore my husband and the simple daisy. 🙂
Some of my springtime favorites are sweet peas for their scent and grape hyacynth for their vivid color. I am mad gardner and love flowers especially old fashioned ones.
Daisies are among my favorites, especially the cute little ones in the grass in early spring. I just let them grow away. They are so cheerful!

Geraniums ~ love them 🙂
Geraniums smell so sweet. That is the only thing about daisies, they don’t really have a smell. 🙂

Sweet peas and hyacynth are so fragrant. I like them both, and have them in my garden. Thanks to you my fellow gardener for commenting. 🙂
